Training and specialization:

We attach much importance to regular training and specialization courses. We share our knowledge with our clients through client seminars and exhibitions. We are therefore able to reach a high degree of competence at all levels of our sales and marketing activities.


Ecology:

We are convinced that it is our duty to respect the environment and its natural resources. In the course of processing, we use environ-mentally friendly products only. With this in mind, we value the sustainable development of our company's acitivities. 

History:

1968 Establishment of Siltex AG.
1988 The company settles in the Schädrütihalde location in Lucerne.
1994 The two present owners, Thomas Rebsamen and Alois Schärli, purchase the company.
1996 Opening of the Siltex Germany branch.
1997 Siltex AG moves to Sursee, Allmendstrasse 6.
2001 Purchase of the naturo Kork AG (Gross/SZ) company.
2001 Siltex takes over Möbel Pfister's carpet edging activities; Establishment of the Terr'Arte AG company.
2002 All activities are concentrated in the Allmendstrasse 4 location in Sursee; Opening of  a new exhibition surface of 400 m2.
2003 Establishment of the production company Siltex AB in Sweden.

Staff:

Alois Schärli is chairman of the Board of directors and managing director. Thomas Rebsamen, member of the Board of directors, is in charge of marketing and sales. The company group employs as a whole about 32 employees and 30 free-lance agents.
